Jewell passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare.
Funeral services for Jewell Neblett Castleberry, age 81 of Cumberland Furnace, will be Monday, July 17,2017 at 2:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Louise United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until the hour of service.
She was born on April 16, 1936 in Montgomery County, TN to Denzel and Elizabeth (Coleman) Neblett. She was a member of Louise United Methodist Church and retired from Am South/Regions Bank. In addition to her parents, Jewell is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Billy Castleberry and a brother, Larry Neblett.
She is survived by her sons, Ted, Jerry (Cathy), and Michael (Carolyn) Castleberry; brother, Ronnie (Margaret) Neblett; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
