CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Kenwood Middle School has been fortunate to be Partners in Education with Regions Bank, Furniture Connection, The Rho Mu Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., The Lambda Alpha Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., City of David Christian Center, Toni and Stephanie Jenkins, LEAP Organization, and Chick-Fil-A.
This school year at least one partner has participated in nearly every event and the school has received thousands in monetary donations. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has been nominated for the District Rising Star Award, which is given to a first-year partner that has gone above and beyond through their partnership with the school.
Furniture Connection has been nominated for two awards; Corporate Partner Award, which is a long-time Partner in Education who is recognized for their outstanding and consistent service over multiple years, and the Community Commitment Award. This recipient meets an immediate financial need at their partner school and is recognized for their significant financial contributions.
As a gesture of thanks Kenwood Middle provided a luncheon for all their Partners in Education and recognized them with Certificates of Appreciation and Distinguished Partner awards.
