Movies in the Park
Movies in the Park, the City of Clarksville’s free, outdoor movie series, will celebrate its 12th season as it kicks off on Saturday, May 27 at Heritage Park, 1241 Peachers Mill Road, with the showing of “Finding Dory.”
Pre-show activities, coordinated by the Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department, will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Jazz on the Lawn
The 2017 season of Clarksville’s popular Jazz on the Lawn music series continues Saturday, May 27 at Beachaven Vineyards & Winery.
Live music begins at 6:30 p.m. and goes until 9:30 p.m. and the event is free. Because seating is “general admission,” it’s beneficial to arrive about an hour early to get both a good parking spot and a good view of the band.
Spring into Summer Festival
The 10th Annual Spring into Summer Festival will take place May 27-28, 2017 in Oak Grove, Ky. Activities will run Saturday, May 27 from 12 p.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday, May 28 from 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
There will be fifteen free carnival rides, a wild west stage show, free pictures at the photo booth, free caricature drawings, videos, and more.
Saturday will feature an extended parachute jumpers show before the concert featuring Tyler Farr.
Pickin’ on the Porch
David Evans will perform a free concert at the MB Roland Distillery in Pembroke, Ky.
Sealed outside food/beverage coolers are permitted. No outside alcohol. Alcoholic beverages and food will be available for purchase.
