CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – After a lifetime of training and years of fighting against the best amateurs in the South, the time has come for Clarksville’s own, Jacob Kilburn, to finally make his professional mixed martial arts debut.

At just 21 years of age Kilburn has managed to earn black belts in three different martial arts styles, win two different MMA championship belts, and he is ranked in the top five in multiple states. He trains at Harris Holt Martial Arts in Clarksville, TN and Pezão Jiu-Jitsu in Hendersonville, TN.

The most exciting thing about all of this is Kilburn gets to make his professional debut in his backyard, Clarksville, TN.

“Fighters dream of fighting in their hometown, and I’m no different. I turned down a lot of bigger pay days to do this, because I love this city so much, and when the opportunity presented itself I jumped on it,” Kilburn said.

The event will be held at Austin Peay State University’s Foy Fitness and Recreation Center on Saturday, November 5, 2016. The doors open at 6 p.m. and fights start at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
