CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man has been charged after allegedly recording a sex tape with a female soldier without the victim’s consent.
According to an arrest warrant, military police at Fort Campbell contacted the Clarksville Police Department on Sept. 28 regarding a case they were working.
The investigation determined that 23-year-old Robert Davis digitally recorded himself and a female soldier during sexual intercourse at his residence.
Police said the sex was consensual, but the victim was unaware she was being recorded and had not consented to a recording.
The warrant says the victim was made aware a few days later when Davis reportedly showed the video to other military personnel at Fort Campbell.
Davis was charged with unlawful photographing in violation of privacy. His bond was set at $5,000.
