He was born on November 20, 1966 in Charleston, SC to Kenneth Leroy Fillmore and Andrea Peebles.

He was a Pole Installer for Star Construction.
He is survived by his wife; Windy Cutsinger Fillmore, daughter; Whitney Michelle Fillmore, father; Kenneth Leroy Fillmore and step mom; Pam Fillmore, twin brother; Patrick Fillmore brothers; Terry Fillmore, Kent Fillmore and Craig Fillmore, sister; Delight Jones, grandfather; Russell Fillmore.
