CLAKRSVILLE, Tenn.- Representatives from local businesses as well as city and county departments certified through the Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certification program in 2012 and 2014 attended a refresher course held July 19th at Jostens.

Topics discussed in this session ranged from current environmental challenges, tactics to measure your savings, sustainable facility management, and a sharing of ideas based on what has worked from one organization to the next.

Following the class, a group of the participants toured Jostens plant. On the tour everyone was able to see the entire process of how yearbooks are made and some of the examples of what Jostens does to minimize their impact on the environment. Special thanks to Jostens for hosting the refresher class. Also, appreciation for instructing the class goes to Jeff Battles from Jostens, Eric Sims from Hankook, and Mike Daley from Agreo.
