CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Film, television, and stage actress Karen Abercrombie will speak during a women’s meeting at Gateway Christian Church (GCC) on Saturday, May 14.
Abercrombie will be reprising her role as the spicy, 80-year old prayer warrior “Miss Clara” from the Kendrick Brothers film, “War Room.”
While Miss Clara enjoys a “HOT” cup of coffee, she invites you in to sit down and take a load off, while she shares some wisdom and inspiration in a powerful, intimate and sometimes comical, 60 minute message. Afterwards she will be available for a meet and greet.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with coffee and hors d’oeuvres served. The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. At 7:30 dessert will be served and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Abercrombie.
The public is welcome. Tickets for the entire event are $20, and seating is limited.
