CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A fire was reported at a vacant home at 68 Grassmire Dr. Saturday night.
Firefighters received the call around 9:14 p.m. The home was already engulfed in flames when they arrived.
No one was injured, but the house is heavily damaged.
Fire Marshal Ray Williams said the house has been vacant since February and does not have electricity.
Investigators believe the fire began on a back deck, but have few clues to go on. Anyone who witnessed the fire or has any information is asked to call Williams at 931-645-7462.
