CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Labor Day holiday does not stop the work at Austin Peay State University, and the Governors continue on with Tuesday night’s edition of “Inside Austin Peay.”
Tonight, Coach Kirby Cannon will join host Brian Rives to discuss the season opening loss to Mercer, 28-7. The Govs were in a fight for the entire contest, but did one play change the outcome of the contest? Hear what Coach Cannon has to say about that, and his thoughts about this week’s opponent, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
Also joining the show tonight will be Jeremy Sullivan, associate head coach for the Lady Govs soccer team. Sullivan saw the Lady Govs drop two matches this weekend in the Jaguar Classic at Southern Alabama, 0-4 to Troy, and 1-2 to South Alabama. We will get the coach’s thoughts on the weekend, and look ahead to this Friday’s home contest, hosting Western Illinois.
