CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville delivery driver was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a gun at a resident who told him to slow down in a neighborhood.

According to an arrest warrant, the victim told authorities that a vehicle was driving slowly down Dotsonville Rd. in a trailer park where the speed limit is 10 mph. The victim said after the driver left one of the lots and was driving past, he yelled at him to slow down.

The driver allegedly stopped his vehicle, pointed a gun at the victim, then told him to “f**k off” before driving away.

The property owners told a sheriff’s deputy that the man was a pizza delivery driver. The deputy visited the driver’s place of business and was able to identify him as 28-year-old Justin Green.

Green reportedly admitted to pointing his gun at the victim but said the victim had stepped in front of his vehicle and was yelling at him.

Green was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $20,000. The arrest warrant said Green has no prior history of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
