Enjoy the Christmas season in a relaxed and friendly hometown atmosphere in Cadiz, Ky. Here’s a look at some of the Christmas activities you’ll find:
December 1: Enjoy Ladies Night Out at Prickly Peach Boutique & Gifts from 3-5 p.m.; Christmas Open House at Tulip Poplar from 5-7 p.m.; Dinner with Santa from 5-7 p.m. at Lake Barkley State Resort Park, and more.
December 2 is full of festivities including the 5k Santa Run and the Fine Arts & Crafts Show featuring local fine artisans set up to show unique hand-made local products from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lake Barkley State Convention Center. Back in downtown Cadiz, see the Magical Characters Downtown at the Renaissance Stage from 4-6 p.m. The Festival of Trees opens at Janice Mason Art Museum from 4-7 p.m. followed by the lighted Christmas parade down Main Street in Cadiz begins at 6 p.m. and a Drive Through the Park after 7 p.m. full of Christmas displays.
At 5 p.m. on December 5, 12, and 19 enjoy Santa Claus is Coming to Town at the Harper House. Then on December 9 at Land Between the Lakes, it’s Christmas Eve at the Home Place.
Ring the Old Year Out and the New Year In on December 31 at the Barkley Bash at Lake Barkley State Resort Park. Packages available.
