CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) crews will work to patch potholes on I-24 this week, weather-permitting.

TDOT Operations District Supervisor Luis Pisarra said crews will work from the Kentucky state line to Briley Parkway, crossing through Montgomery County, Tuesday through Thursday (Feb. 27-March 1).

Several crews from Montgomery County and surrounding counties will work in both directions of travel, Pisarra said.

“We just ask that you be careful and slow down as we try to get these potholes patched up for you guys,” he said.

TDOT recently spoke to ClarksvilleNow.com to discuss the plans for pothole repair, which include cold mix patching until regular asphalt is available mid-March.
