CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Monday morning involving a motorcycle and a van at the intersection of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. and South Hampton Drive in front of Governor’s Square Mall.
CPD spokesman Sgt. Charles Gill said the motorcycle rider died from injuries sustained in the crash. The identity of the motorcyclist will not be identified until next of kin has been notified.
The intersection was temporarily closed but reopened by 2 p.m. Monday.
