CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Local organizations have stepped up to provide donation opportunities for victims of Saturday’s tornadoes in Clarksville and Hopkinsville.

The relief organization Convoy of Hope will assist with cleanup in Dotsonville Tuesday.
The Hopkinsville tornado hit Eagle Crossing Apartments, displacing 170 people in 48 units, according to Hopkinsville Fire Department. Six people were treated at the scene and released, three people were transported to the hospital for evaluation.
A GoFundMe campaign has been established set up for Eagle Crossing residents. Clothes can be donated to the Hopkinsville Salvation Army.
Volunteers are also needed. Contact Hopkinsville Public Works at (270) 890-0600 to assist in debris removal.
The Montgomery County Emergency Management office along with Building & Codes, Assessor’s Office, TEMA, and Austin Peay GIS Center will be conducting damage assessments today and evaluating the need for a possible organized clean-up this coming weekend.
