CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A female victim has been hospitalized after an unknown suspect shot through the door of a home on Cranklen Circle, striking her in the back.
The shooting occurred Monday around 8:15 p.m., according to the Clarksville Police Department.
She was transported by ground to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
The suspect has been identified as 31-year-old Michael Flippen Jr. He is wanted for attempted criminal homicide and reckless endangerment.
Flippen has an address in Hopkinsville, Ky. as well as in Clarksville. He was driving his father’s red 1995 Toyota T-100.
He is described as a biracial male who weighs 230 pounds and is 6’4″ tall. He has brown eyes, brown hair, and a light skin tone.
