CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) With just days to go before the solar eclipse, Clarksville residents are having a hard time finding protective glasses.
ClarksvilleNow sent a reporter to half a dozen stores on Monday, including Kroger, Walmart and Lowes and found all were sold out.
The glasses are essential for safe viewing of the eclipse, which can cause severe damage to the naked eye.
As of Tuesday, August 15, the following local businesses were offering complimentary glasses (One pair per person, present)
