The first cold case presented by Crime Stoppers was the shooting death of Fran Caratini, who was found dead August 14, 2014 on Chapel Street in Clarksville. Caratini’s mother, Carmen Caratini, became very emotional as she spoke about the death of her son.

“Please, just think about his mom, she wants some closure, she wants to know what happened to my son. It’s hard every day, I just think about him every second and he didn’t deserve this. Please, please, I need somebody to come and talk, I need to know please,” Caratini said.
