Baby found unresponsive dies following hospitalization

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Abigail Pamblonco, born Dec. 31, 2012, died Wednesday, Aug. 28.

The 8-month-old was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member Aug. 22 at a home on Northwest Terrace, according to a report from CPD Public Information Officer Natalie Hall.

EMS began CPR upon their arrival. While CPR was in progress, the child was transported to Gateway and then transported by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt, where she was listed in critical condition.

The case is being investigated by the Special Operations Unit. There is no further information at this time.
