CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A third Zaxby’s restaurant, located at 3872 Trenton Road near The Great Escape Theaters just off of Exit 1 will open Monday, Dec. 16 in Clarksville.
Licensees Jeannie and Tim O’Brien, with partners Nancy and Sid Coltrane, have established the new location, creating 30 to 40 jobs for those in the area. The 3,652-square-foot building seats 70 people.
“The community has shown great support for the brand, and we see this new area of Clarksville as a great opportunity to expand the business,” said Jeannie O’Brien, who, with her husband and partners, owns the current two Clarksville Zaxby’s locations. “We’re excited to bring another Zaxby’s to the area and are confident that the same quality of food and service Zaxby’s is known for will keep the Clarksville community coming back for more.”
Tim O’Brien is a veteran of the U.S. Army and believes that his military values “are the perfect complement alongside Zaxby’s core values to always be guest-focused, develop the best talent and be committed to excellence and continuous improvement. We practice these core values every shift, every day at Zaxby’s, and we look forward to serving those who continue to serve our nation right here in Clarksville/Ft. Campbell.”
Zaxby’s currently operates more than 590 locations in 13 states; 60 are in Tennessee. Chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches and salads are among the store’s menu items. Zaxby’s is a self-proclaimed “quick-casual” restaurant because the chain provides “services and amenities that fall somewhere between fast food and a sit-down restaurant.”
