CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The next meeting for Clarksville Young Professionals will be Wednesday, September 4 at the Clarksville Regional Airport. This month’s meeting will feature Industrial Development Board Executive Director, Frank Tate.

Luncheon will begin at noon.

Tate will share Clarksville-Montgomery County’s industrial development growth in recent years, and plans for the future. He’ll discuss why the county is such a desirable area for national and international companies.

Young Professionals will also hear from two other organizations Wednesday. Patricia Hanna, Clarksville Association for Down Syndrome (CADS) director, will discuss their upcoming Community CARES walk. Learn how to get involved in this annual fundraiser for the non-profit.

Josh Vaughn, Business Development Manager for the Clarksville Regional Airport, will share updates on Wags N’ Wings, the Airport’s annual Oktoberfest celebration. Bavarian Bierhaus, partners of Wags N’ Wings, will sponsor lunch to get everyone in the German Oktoberfest spirit!
