CLARKSVILLE, TN. (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Wynwood Apartments is the latest business to join the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon cutting on Monday.
“We started building in 2019 and we have about 404 units and we are still currently building and we are actually at full occupancy right now, but you can still get on the waiting list,” said Jenna James, who is co-owner of Wynwood Apartments with her brother Doug Belew.
Wynwood offers two-bedroom townhouses, two-bedroom flats, and one-bedroom apartments. Wynwood features a gated community with a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and many other amenities.
Wynwood Apartments is at 1828 Beckett Drive and their office is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and they are closed on the weekends.
