CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Temperatures will soar into the upper 90s to start the week, with heat index values climbing into the triple digits, making for dangerous conditions during the afternoon hours.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday and Tuesday will both bring highs near 98, with the heat index reaching up to 109 on Monday. A Heat Advisory is in effect until 7 p.m. Tuesday.
