CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The week will start and end with a chance of severe storms, with a brisk, sunny break in between.

A line of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move across Clarksville from early Monday morning through midday Monday, roughly between 3 a.m. and noon, according to the National Weather Service.

“A few storms within the line could become strong to severe with damaging winds the main threat, although an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out,” the NWS said.

Tuesday and Wednesday should be partly cloudy with highs in the 60s and lows in the mid 40s. The chance of storms returns Wednesday night and Thursday.
