WOODLAWN, Tenn. – A Woodlawn man has been charged after a bullet struck his neighbor.
According to an arrest warrant, 38-year-old Daniel Sutton was shooting his gun at his home on Lake Rd. when a stray bullet hit the victim in the arm.
The victim told police he believed it was a ricochet, but wasn’t sure.
Sutton was charged with reckless endangerment and booked into the Montgomery County Jail. His bond was set at $5,000.
