CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Wednesday night on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
At about 10:24 p.m., the woman was hit on the highway near Eagle Court, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Scott Beaubien. She was transported to Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital by Montgomery County EMS.
While there is a Walmart Supercenter across from Eagle Court, there is no traffic signal or pedestrian crossing at that intersection. The nearest pedestrian crossing is at Quinn Lane, on the south side of Walmart, about .4 of a mile away, an eight-minute walk.
