Wilma Rae Maselli, age 83 of Dover, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
She entered this life on March 20, 1938 in Stewart County, Tenn. to the late Chandler Edwards and Minnie Hogan. She was a member of Madison Street United Methodist Church and loved gardening.
Wilma served on the board of the Clarksville Gardening Club and was active with the Military Wives’ Club. She enjoyed watching soap operas, flea markets and her cats.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Lehman. Survivors include her children, Michele Pannell and Michael Boarland and grandchildren, Brandon Pannell and Devin Boarland.
