William “Bill” Boyd Perry, 68, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.
Bill was born on November 23, 1946, in Clarksville, TN to the late John Henry Perry and Iva Lee Reynolds Perry. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Jim Perry, Henry Perry, and Johnny Perry and three sisters, Bertha Perry, Eula Mae Perry, and Mary Ward.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. William Luffman officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, and from 1 p.m. until the hour of service on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the funeral home.
Bill retired from First Baptist Church of Clarksville. He also worked at Clarksville Floor Covering for 25 years. He was an avid golfer.
Bill is survived by three daughters, Tracey Bearns, Melissa (Jason) Holt, and Kristy (Mike) Tomlinson; two sisters, Shirley Prentiss and Sherry (Ed) Nolen; and seven grandchildren, Adam, Blake, Rachael, Ryan, Joni, Cory, and Morgan.
Pallbearers will be Adam Bearns, Blake Holt, Ryan Perry, Cory Tomlinson, Finis Clark, and Pat Rose. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Stoddard and Ed Nolen.
