SFC (Ret.) Willam Volney Bagley, 81, of Indian Mound, TN went to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, September 9, 2023, at his residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12p.m., Wednesday, September 13,2023 at Blooming Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Wood Officiating. Burial will be in Blooming Grove Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023, until the hour of service at the church. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in charge of Arrangements.
Bill was born April 30, 1942, in San Diego, CA son of the late, Orien and Virginia Hutcherson Bagley. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Bagley; daughter, Sarah Bagley; Siblings, Orien D. Bagley Jr., and Vickie Sears. Bill retired from the U.S. Army, and he had been a truck driver.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, William and Katherine M. Bagley, John and Wendy Bagley, Kenneth and Tammie Meek, Charles Alan Phillips, and William and Katherine Elkins, Patricia and Johnny Guess, and Linda Marie Osborne; 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Robert Bagley; sisters, Sherry Kelsey, Sandra Pairs and Anita Schriner.
