CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW)- Most Clarksville-area basketball teams have reached the halfway point of their district seasons this week, with a few schools closer to wrapping up district play. With some teams’ still on a playing hiatus due to weather conditions, let’s take a look where the each of them stands as we head into February.
Clarksville area girls’ basketball
In district 13-4A, the Wildcats of Clarksville High stand atop the standings, with each district team having played each other once already.
The Wildcats are trailed in the standings by Rossview High, Kirkwood High and Northeast High, in that order. CHS has won the district the last four seasons and aim to make it a fifth down the stretch of the season.

In district 14-4A, Dickson County currently claims the top spot after a close win over second-place Henry County. Meanwhile, Northwest currently holds third place, Kenwood takes fourth, while the Coyotes stand in fifth place.
The Centurions of Clarksville Christian stand atop of TSIAA North District 2, with an undefeated record of 6-0, and an average margin of victory of 50.3 points per contest.

Across the river, the Indians of Montgomery Central sit in third place in their district, as they have battled in close games against all of their district opponents during the 2025-26 season.
The Cougars of Clarksville Academy sit in fourth place in a highly competitive division II-middle district. They’ve got a big matchup with fifth-place Goodpasture on Friday, weather pending.
Lastly, Fort Campbell currently sits fourth in Kentucky district 8 and has not found a win in their district up to this point in the season.
Clarksville-area boys’ basketball
Kirkwood High remained undefeated in district 13-4A last Friday with a win over Rossview, cementing them in first place for the time being. The Hawks closely trail in second, while Clarksville High and Northeast High follow in third and fourth.

In district 14-4A, the Vikings of Northwest High have stormed out to a 4-0 district start. Henry County and West Creek are locked in for second place, while Dickson and Kenwood trail in that order.
Clarksville Academy currently sits tied in third place in an ultra-tight race for the division II-middle district, with first and fourth place only being separated by one game.

Montgomery Central is making a move for a district title in 2025-26, starting 4-0 in their first four district contests to claim the top spot in district 11-3A.
The Falcons from Fort Campbell currently sit in fourth place in Kentucky district 8 and have not won a game in their district yet this season. Lastly, the Centurions have only found one win in TSIAA North District 2, as they sit in fifth place in their standings.
