Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 vaccination site in Montgomery County is closed on Thursday and Friday. TDH will contact anyone who had an appointment to reschedule their COVID-19 vaccination.

Bi-County Solid Waste Management operations will be closed on Thursday. Crews will be working Thursday to prepare for opening on Friday.

CDE Lightband’s lobby will remain open until 3 p.m. Thursday, but customers are urged to use phone and online systems to reach the utility when possible. Clarksville Gas & Water administration and engineering offices, including customer service centers, will be closed Thursday. On-call personnel will be available to address emergency situations as they arise. Call (931) 645-0116 for gas, water or sewer emergencies. The Utility Billing Line, (931) 645-7400, and WebConnect, online payment feature, are available for customer payments. Payment drop boxes are also available around the clock at customer service centers at 2215 Madison St. and 2015 Fort Campbell Blvd.

Update, 4 p.m.: The Black History Celebration planned in collaboration with Montgomery County Government, the City of Clarksville, Austin Peay State University, Clarksville Housing Authority and the Clarksville Hispanic American Family Foundation has been rescheduled from Feb. 20 to Saturday, Feb. 27, due to weather.

Update, 10 a.m.: The Tennessee Department of Health is closing all COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites in northern and western Tennessee counties, including Montgomery County, on Thursday, Feb. 18. TDH will contact anyone who had an appointment to reschedule their COVID-19 vaccination.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Here’s the status of various agencies and offices that are closing or on limited operations because of snow and ice on Wednesday:

Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools are on remote today and Thursday.

Austin Peay State University is on remote operations today and Thursday. APSU will be closed, with classes canceled, on Friday.

Fort Campbell is on a 2-hour delay.

Fort Campbell Schools are closed.

Four convenience centers, Arcata, Bo Peep, Ferry Road and Sango will open at noon. The other centers will remain closed.
