Wendy L. Britcher, age 56 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at her residence. She was born on February 18, 1963, at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. She is the daughter of Ronald K. Britcher of Clarksville and the late Joan I. Doyle Britcher.
Wendy was a graduate of Cosmetology School; however, her health did not permit her to work. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Clarksville. She was a kind-hearted person who loved helping others and making jewelry.
She is survived by her father, Ronald K. Britcher of Clarksville; sons, Brandon Whisenant of Clarksville and Ryan Whisenant of Millington, TN; a brother, Ronald K. Britcher Jr. (Heike) of Clarksville; and a sister, Dawn Block of Clarksville. In addition to her mother, Wendy is preceded in death by a sister Pamela Jo Williams.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 10:00 AM at the chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, from 5-7 PM at the funeral home and for the hour prior to services on Thursday.
