CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s an increasing chance we’ll see severe thunderstorms Friday night, with the possibility of tornadoes and large hail.
A strong cold front will sweep across the area, according to the National Weather Service. “The primary threats are going to be damaging straight-line winds and isolated tornadoes. Isolated large hail is also possible,” the NWS said.

There’s a 50% chance of rain starting late tonight, going into Friday. The chance of rain Friday night is 90%, with a risk of severe storms overnight.
