CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Saturday, September 22 is the first day of fall, and it looks like the Clarksville area will be celebrating the start of the season with lots of rain.
Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are predicted Saturday with the potential for 1 to 3 inches of rainfall, with some areas seeing more than that by Sunday afternoon.
Flash flooding could potentially become an issue over the weekend in some areas.
With the rain comes a cold front and high temperatures will be in the mid 70s Saturday and Sunday with lows around 65 degrees.
