CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Live music, movies and comedy shows, oh my. Here’s what your weekend in Clarksville looks like.

Trinity Homecoming Celebration: All weekend-long, Trinity Episcopal Church will be hosting festivities in celebration of their 190th anniversary. On Friday, there will be a Sip ‘n’ Sing event from 6:30-8:30 p.m. People will sing hymns and enjoy Blackhorse beer. That event is $15 for 21 and over. On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be a free festival with kids activities, building tours and more. On Saturday evening at 5 p.m., there will be a shrimp boil, and Hotlanta, an Allman Brothers tribute band. Tickets are $20 for adults, and $7 for kids. On Sunday, there will be church services.

Jazz in June: An Evening with Cindy McElroy & The Wooten Brothers: On Saturday, the Customs House Museum will welcome local vocalist Cindy McElroy, accompanied by Nashville musicians Regi & Joseph Wooten, known for their work with The Gap Band and Steve Miller Band, to the second Jazz in June fundraiser of the year. Enjoy an evening of soulful jazz, food, drinks, and dancing at the museum. Tickets are on sale for $50-$75.

Movies in the Park: On Saturday, you can enjoy a free showing of “Cruella” at Heritage Park. All movies in the park begin at sunset with food vendors on-site.

The Brewery Comedy Tour: On Saturday night at 8 p.m., Tennessee Valley Brewing Company will be hosting a lineup of comedians. Tickets are $6.50.

Downtown Walking Tour: Walk along Clarksville’s most historic streets and hear tales of murder, the tobacco industry, the great fire of 1878. Numerous historic artifacts will be on display. The tour will be led by Carolyn Stier Ferrell, 4th generation Clarksvillian, local historian, MC Historical Society officer, and author of 10 books on the county. Admission will be paid before the event. Meet at the F & M Bank on the Public Square.
