CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – For a weekend full of fun, here’s your weekend top picks of events in the area!

Downtown @ Sundown: A free concert series, this Friday featuring World Turning (Fleetwood Mac tribute band). Chairs and blankets are welcome; however, pets, coolers, smoking/vaping or outside alcohol are not allowed. Food and beverage trucks will be on site. The event will be at the Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St, from 7-9 p.m.

Juneteenth Block Party: Join in on a cultural celebration of Freedom Day with music, vendors, performances and more. The event is free and will be at the Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St, Saturday, June 17, at noon.

Bulls Booms and Burgers:  A family event with live music, bull riding, American freestyle bullfighting and mutton busting for kids. Come on out for a great night of Western entertainment. Tickets are $20, at the Walker Farm and Ranch, 1680 Parchman Road. Event starts at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 17.

County Fair at the Roxy: Roxy Regional Theatre is showing the musical comedy “County Fair.” Inspired by Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing and full of all country hits like “Chicken Fried,” “Hey Good Lookin’” and “Thank God I’m a Country Boy.” Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for kids 15 and under. Showings will be 7 p.m. on Thursdays, 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 2 pm. Matinees Saturday’s until June 24. Find tickets at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org or by calling 931-645-7699. Historic Collinsville Dad’s Day Out:  Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement in rural Montgomery County, featuring hands-on activities for all ages. The event is free for fathers and $10 for ages 13 and up, $5 for ages 6-12, and any children under 6 are free. The event is Saturday, June 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 4711 Weakley Road, Southside.
