CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLENOW) – This weekend will be very eventful with chances to break out your lederhosen and support some local artists.
Artsville Festival: This free three-day event includes art, music, dance, small businesses, artists, artisans and more throughout downtown Clarksville. The event started Thursday and continues through Saturday. View the full schedule of events here.
Downtown @ Sundown: Xtraordinary Gentlemen will be playing from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday at Downtown Commons. Beer and other beverages will be for sale with proceeds benefiting United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region. A variety of independent food trucks will line up on Main Street.
Dinner with the Trucks: Local food trucks gather to sell in one location, featuring lobster rolls, cobbler, pizza, barbecue, and more from 4-8 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of the Electric Cowboy. This will be the last Dinner with the Trucks of the season.
Clarksville Downtown Market: This will be the last Downtown Market of the year. Come buy some goods from your local vendors from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at City Hall.
Oktoberfest: Come dressed in your lederhosen, starting at noon Saturday at Tennessee Valley Brewing Company. There will be German food, music, stein hold competition, and beer.
OAKtoberfest: Feast on brats and beer, and dance a waltz to a live polka band. Admission is free at the Oak Grove Racing and Gaming Hall, Oak Grove, Kentucky, starting at 4 p.m. Saturday
And while it’s not exactly this weekend, don’t miss the Carden Circus, on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Clarksville Speedway, 1600 Needmore Road. Tickets are $10-$20 at the Carden tickets website.
