CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Discover something new this weekend with local food, live music, and seasonal celebrations.

Clarksville BBQ Bash: General admission is free on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Liberty Park. Enjoy live music, artisan vendors, and more. Beer and food trucks will be available for purchase.

APSU Homecoming Parade: The parade will start at 10 a.m. Saturday at Austin Peay State University. The Governors will host Southeast Missouri at Fortera Stadium at 3 p.m.

Summer at Beachaven: Rob Harris will be playing on Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. with Zander’s Pizza. On Sunday, Chris Carpenter will be there from 1-4 p.m. with Roll with it food truck.

Discovery Saturday at Customs House Museum: Get in the Halloween spirit with fun hands-on science at the Customs House Museum on Saturday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Create a “magic potion” to make a chemical reaction happen, explore the properties of a non-Newtonian liquid by immersing your hands in thick green “ooze”, have a pumpkin-themed sensory experience and try your noggin at pumpkin math. Free with admission or membership.
