CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) –Learn some history and enjoy some Clarksville brews this weekend.
Ain’t Misbehavin’: This play has made its debut this week at the Roxy Regional Theatre and will be available to watch all weekend long at various times. The play follows the life of Thomas “Fats” Waller as he rose to international fame by the love of swing music. Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for kids 10 and under.
Pardi Gras: There will be five bands at the Revel House Pub & Eatery this Saturday in celebration of their owner’s birthday. Doors open at 7 p.m., music starts at 8 p.m. The price is $10.
Star Spangled Brewing Co. Downtown Grand Opening: Star Spangled Brewing Co. is opening another location downtown at 614 N. Spring Street, and they want you to come celebrate with them on Saturday from noon to 10 p.m.
Surrender of Clarksville: Fort Defiance Civil War Park and Interpretive Center will host a history event to demonstrate the surrender of Clarksville that led Union soldiers to take over Nashville in 1862. This event is on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
