Live at Tennessee Valley Brewing Co: Local musician Eric Ryan will be performing live at Tennessee Valley Brewing Co. this Friday at 7 p.m.. Admission is free.
Ft. Defiance honors U.S. Colored Troops: Fort Defiance will host members of the Mount Olive Cemetery Preservation Society at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 8. They will share biographies of some of these brave men who risked their lives to fight for freedom. The presentation of the biographies will begin at 1 p.m. and refreshments will be served afterward.
Live at Old Glory Distilling Co: Bluegrass artist Ozark Caleb Ryan Martin will perform live at Old Glory Distilling Co. on Saturday, February 8 at 6 p.m. Craft beer and cocktails will be available until 10 p.m.
Art with Ink: Artist Michelle W/o-E will be at the Downtown Artist Co-op this Saturday, February 8, from 3-5 p.m. to teach a workshop on alcohol ink, a new fine art medium. Admission to the class is $25.
Movies at the Library: Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library invites families to join them for a free showing of “Arctic Dogs” on Sunday, February 9, a 2 p.m.. Popcorn will be provided.
Woods Walk: Ranger Adam will be taking guests through Dunbar Cave’s Recovery Trail on Sunday, February 8 beginning at 10 a.m. Guests can meet Ranger Adam at the visitors center and learn about the parks native flora and fauna.
Youth Glow Night: Clarksville Parks and Recreation invites families to the New Providence Pool for swimming, games, music, hot dogs and more. The first 100 people to register will receive a glowing bag of goodies. The cost is $6 to attend. Pre-register for the event here.
Live at the VFW: Local artist Tim Lynch will perform live on Friday, February 7 from 6-10 p.m. at VFW Post 4895 (1701 Haynes St). This event is free and open to the public.
4 Paws 4 Reading: The public library invites children to come practice their reading aloud skills with certified therapy dogs this Saturday at 1 p.m.
Black History Month Celebration: Greenhill Church will celebrate Black History Month on Sunday, February 9, at 3 p.m. The event is free, though donations will be collected for Fisk University.
