Montgomery County is under a Flood Advisory until 10:30 a.m., with minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – With an additional 1 to 1.75 inches of rain expected starting Tuesday night, a Flood Watch has been issued for Montgomery County from midnight through Wednesday morning.
“Saturated grounds from recent rainfall, when combined with additional rainfall from showers and thunderstorms tonight into Wednesday, may result in areas of flooding,” according to the National Weather Service. “You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.”
