Wayne Jody Blake, age 65 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Tennova Healthcare.
Wayne was born on June 17, 1956 in Rochester, IN to the late Germana Zoppe. He is survived by his wife, Teresa A. Blake-Zoppe; sons, Shiloh Blake, Horacio Bocaranda; daughters: Tocarra Blake-Zoppe, Sierra (Christopher Faulkner) Bocaranda; brothers: James Zoppe, Don Blake and 9 grandchildren.
No funeral services are planned at this time.
