CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Warehouse Concert Lounge and Event Center announced Tuesday on Facebook that they will be closing on August 7, 2022.

According to the post, the Warehouse, located at 20 McClure St, is closing because the property owner, listed as Robert Roylance by the Montgomery County Property Assessor, “has opted to sell the property for residential zoning to continue to grow our Clarksville community.”

The Warehouse is one of Clarksville’s largest active music venues. In nearly three decades of business, they have hosted nationally known acts like Puddle of Mudd, Sick Puppies, Trapt and many others.

Clarksville Now reached out to The Warehouse, but did not receive a reply. Their Facebook post doesn’t reference any plans to find a new home for the venue, but rather says that The Warehouse plans “to make this the best summer yet.”
