CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Several vehicles were broken into near Exit 4 overnight on Aug. 24, and Clarksville Police have released images of a couple they believe are responsible.

Police are investigating vehicle burglaries that occurred late on Aug. 24 or in the early morning of Aug 25, in the Exit 4 area on Kennedy Lane, according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien.

Investigators determined that two suspects used a debit card stolen from one of the victims at the Waffle House at 3069 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. at approximately 1:12 a.m. on Aug. 25. Later that morning, around 10 a.m., the victim received an alert of another attempted transaction at Five Below, 2710 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Surveillance footage showed the same two suspects trying to make purchases with the stolen card.
