Update, March 27: Clarksville Police received an anonymous tip on Bells’ location Wednesday morning. When officers approached, he ran, and after a short foot pursuit, Bell was taken into custody. No one was injured, and the Clarksville Police Department would like to thank the citizens of Clarksville for their assistance, Beaubien said.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating 22-year-old Quentin Bell, according to a news release from Officer Scott Beaubien. He is 5-foot-8, weighs approximately 152 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Bell has seven felony warrants on file including theft of a motor vehicle and vehicle burglary. He has additional warrants on file for evading, and additional charges are pending for shoplifting, Beaubien said.

Bell may be in a gray, 2014 GMC Acadia with Tennessee tag, 194-BDHS.
