Wanda Lee Ireland Duncan, age 64, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
Wanda was born August 25, 1953, in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, to the late Edgar Wallace Ireland and Nellie Smith Ireland. She was retired from the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and was a member of the Hallmark Ornament Club.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, March 2, at 10:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville. Visitation will be Thursday, March 1, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Friday, March 2, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Randall Duncan; son Randall (Tasha) Duncan II of Clarksville; two daughters, Susan (Christopher) Elkins of Clarksville and Teresa Florez of Hayward, CA; brother, Rusty Ireland of Flint, MI; two sisters, Lucy Powell of Flint, MI and Mary Sue (Steve) Lesko of Davidson, MI; three grandchildren, Brittney Duncan, Shianne Elkins, and Matthew Cole; and two great grandchildren, Aaliyah Duncan and Latrell Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.
