CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A new Walmart Neighborhood Market will soon begin construction on Tiny Town Road in Clarksville.
Amanda Henneberg, spokesperson for the company, said the store will employ approximately 95 associates and is scheduled to open in mid-fall of this year.
“Our Neighborhood Market stores give our customers quick and easy access to a wide variety of affordable products – fresh produce, a full grocery department with a bakery and deli, a drive-thru pharmacy with our popular $4 generic prescriptions, health and beauty supplies, select household items, plus a gas station,” Henneberg said.
Neighborhood Markets are typically smaller than regular Walmart locations and most occupy about 38,000 square feet.
The new store will be located at the Clarksville Regional Airport intersection.
