Virginia Martin Ward, 93, of Woodlawn, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at her residence.
Virginia was born on October 28, 1921, in Orange, NJ to the late Madeline Martin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Ward and two sons, Arthur Ward and Kenneth Ward.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Deacon Dominick Azzara officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY.
Virginia is survived by two sons, Donald (Jerry) Ward of North Carolina and Phil (Judy) Ward of Woodlawn, TN; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
