A Celebration of Life service for Virginia Sue Scotnicki, age 95, will be Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Sulphurwell Church of Christ in Springville, TN. Burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery in Paris, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church. Virginia passed away on February 29,2020. She was born on September 11, 1924, in Greenfield, Tn to Ava and Lula Cochran Rankin.
In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Scotnicki; children: Linda Brinkley, Edgar Weaver, and Sonia Crosslin; 2 grandchildren, Tammy and Janie; 11 siblings; and 4 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Mike) Leach and Rosemary(William) Neely; daughter-in-law, Joann Early; sons-in-law, Al Crosslin and Johnny Brinkley; 23 grandchildren; and 46 great and great-great-grandchildren.
