Vincent Ray Passalacqua, age 74, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Vincent was born October 4, 1941, in Effingham, IL, to Irene Gregorie Passalacqua and the late Frank Passalacqua. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Karen Passalacqua.

Vincent was retired from the US Navy, having served for 26 years. He went to Ridley College, in Fresno, CA, where he received his aircraft mechanics degree. His passion was building and working on aircraft. He was of the Catholic faith.

Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, August 2, at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will follow at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, in Nashville. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.

In addition to his mother, Vincent is survived by his wife, Martha Holton Passalacqua; three sons, Clinton Monore (Alicia) Passalacqua, William Alan Passalacqua, and David Aaron Passalacqua; two daughters, Amanda Jean Campbell and Suzanne Moore; one sister, Linda Passalacqua; seven grandchildren, Jason, Samantha, Savannah, Avery, April, Dana, and Amy; and seven great grandchildren, Jordan, Jace, Jackson, Henry, Cabron, Aiden, and Myles.
